In the afternoon, stroll around Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter, exploring its canals and white-walled storehouses. Admission is provided to the Ohara Museum of Art, and guests may also choose to visit the exquisite Yurinso Villa. Back on board, enjoy a refined dinner in the dining car, where Western cuisine is presented under the direction of Hajime. Spend the night aboard the train.

Arrive in Matsue and visit Meimei-an Tea House for a tea ceremony experience, followed by a performance of Izumo Kagura, a traditional sacred dance of the region. Lunch is served at Shokkunomori Muneyama Farm’s Kayabuki House, offering local delicacies in a rustic setting. Return to the train in the evening for a kaiseki-style dinner supervised by Kikunoi, showcasing seasonal Japanese flavors. Overnight stay on board.

In the morning, arrive at Higashihama for a hands-on beach seine fishing experience. (Note: Fishing is an open-air experience. Due to cooking time constraints, the catch cannot be served for lunch or taken home.) In case of poor weather, the excursion will be replaced with a visit to the Sand Museum and a walk across the Tottori Sand Dunes.
