DETAILED ITINERARY
Tambara Lavender Park is currently the largest field in the Kanto region. This lavender field is maintained mainly by local farmers so visitors can see how each plant was individually cared for. The combination of the blue clear sky, Japanese rural landscape, and the purple lavender flowers are breathtakingly beautiful. In addition, there is also a shop next to the field where you can enjoy snacks and local food.
We start off in Japan’s busy capital, Tokyo. After picking you up in one of our luxurious private vehicles, we will drive you to Tambara Lavender Park in Gunma Prefecture and to Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture.
Destination 01: Tambara Lavender Park (June 19~August 25)
About 50,000 lavender shrubs are planted on the ski slopes. During the peak season from mid-July to mid-August, a brilliant carpet of purple flowers in full bloom covers the slopes. The purple lavender carpet can be enjoyed also from the ski lift.

Destination 02: Kawagoe
Kawagoe is located about 30 minutes from central Tokyo and is suitable as a day trip destination. Its main street, lined with Kurazukuri (clay-walled warehouse-styled) buildings, retains an ambience reminiscent of an old town from the Edo Period (1603-1867) and allows us to imagine the streets from past centuries. Thereby, Kawagoe became known as “Little Edo”.
