DETAILED ITINERARY
Yufuin is a popular hot spring resort, located about ten kilometers inland from Beppu, another, much larger and more developed hot spring resort. Yufuin has a wealth of art museums, cafes and boutiques, and many travelers come to the city just to stroll about town for the day.
We start off in Fukuoka. After picking you up in one of our luxurious private vehicles, we will drive you through some truly spectacular views to the destinations of your choice.
Destination 01: Tsuka no Ma Onsen
This hot spring resort at the source of Yufuin allows you to enjoy your time in a relaxed manner with your mind and body. Please spend some time at Tsukanoma in Yufuin, a place of modern relaxation where you can reset your daily life.
Daytime Hours: 9:30 to 18:30 (entry until 18:00)
Entrance fee (separate from tour price, to be purchased on the spot)

Destination 02: Lake Kinrin
Lake Kinrinko is a natural landmark of Yufuin. The small lake is located at the end of the town’s main walking route, about a kilometer and a half from the station. Walking paths surround the lake as well as more small shops and cafes, and there is a small shrine located at the lake’s southern end. There are also a few public bath houses, one of which, the Shitanyu, can be used by tourists, while the others are for use by local residents only.
Destination 03: Yufuin Floral Village
Yufuin Floral Village features many shops and restaurants and the aesthetic is reminiscent of Ghibli movies. Visitors can even find the bakery from the 1989 movie “Kiki’s Delivery Service” produced by Studio Ghibli. In addition, the village offers several owl and cat cafes.
Destination 04: Yufuin Main Shopping Street
Are you a big fan of shopping? Even when you’re not, I’m sure you’ll still love the Yufuin shopping street. Along the main street of Yufuin, there are several cafe, restaurants, shops, and museums. As each shop has different products, and it’s exciting to get in and discover all those local products.
The tour will end with us dropping you off at a location of your choice in Fukuoka.
