Each booking will be charged per vehicle, irrespective of the number of passengers. The price per person will depend on the number of passengers in your group travelling in a single vehicle. Please note the maximum occupancy limits for each vehicle while booking.

Option 01: Izumo Grand Shrine

It is well-known by its official name Izumo Oyashiro, located in the city of Izumo on the western edge of the Shimane Peninsula. As one of the most famous and most important shrines in the country, Izumo Taisha is visited by many people, both Japanese and international. According to the unique folklore, the myriad of gods around Japan all gather to this shrine to conduct meetings once a year.

Option 02: Former Taisha Station

This place was used as a gateway to Izumo Taisha Grand Shrine until the Taisha Line closed in 1990. It is a designated important national cultural asset and considered one of the most beautiful existing wooden station buildings.

Option 04: Lake Shinji

This is a arge brackish-water lake that lies in the eastern part of Shimane Prefecture. It is 79 square kilometers, making it the seventh largest lake in Japan. It is in a large rectangular shape which stretches out horizontally. Since the lake is a brackish-water lake with a small amount of salt, there are many fish and shellfish inhabiting it.


 

The tour will end with us dropping you off at a location of your choice in Nishi Izumo.
