Option 01: Tsukiji Outer Market (Recommended)

Option 03: Sensoji and Nakamise street (Recommended)

Option 04: Ameya Yokocho

Option 05: Meiji Shrine

Tokyo, Japan’s busy capital, mixes the ultramodern and the traditional, from neon-lit skyscrapers to historic temples. After picking you up in one of our luxurious private vehicles, we will drive you through some truly iconic views to the three destinations of your choice. It’s a great way to get a quick and an authentic feel of Tokyo in the morning leaving your afternoon free to spend.

Option 01: Tsukiji Outer Market (Recommended)

Tokyo Morning Tour Tsukiji Outer Market

Tsukiji Outer Market is a district adjacent to the site of the former Tsukiji Wholesale Market. It consists of a few blocks of wholseale and retail shops, as well as restaurants crowded along narrow lanes. Here you can find fresh and processed seafood and produce alongside food-related goods such as knives. Because most of the fish served and sold at Tsukiji Outer Market is delivered directly from Toyosu Market, this is one of the best places in Tokyo to enjoy fresh seafood.

Option 02: Hamarikyu Garden (Recommended)

Tokyo Morning Tour Hamarikyu Garden

Hama-rikyu Garden, is a large, attractive landscape garden in central Tokyo. Located alongside Tokyo Bay, Hama-rikyu features seawater ponds which change level with the tides, and a teahouse on an island where visitors can rest and enjoy the scenery. The traditionally styled garden stands in stark contrast to the skyscrapers of the adjacent Shiodome district.

Entrance fee (separate from Tour price, to be purchased on the spot)

JPY300 per person

*Closed on December 29 to January 1

Option 03: Sensoji and Nakamise Street (Recommended)

Tokyo Morning Tour Sensoji and Nakamise street

Walk down Nakamise Shopping Street, a traditional Japanese shopping street in Asakusa that starts at Kaminarimon and leads to Sensoji Temple. Alongside typical Japanese souvenirs such as yukata and folding fans, various traditional local snacks from the Asakusa area are sold along the Nakamise. The shopping street has a history of several centuries.

Option 04: Ameya Yokocho

Tokyo Morning Tour Ameya Yokocho

The name “Ameyoko” is a short form for “Ameya Yokocho” (candy store alley), as candies were traditionally sold there. Today, various products such as clothes, bags, cosmetics, fresh fish, dried food and spices are sold along Ameyoko. Tokyo is expensive, but in the Ameya Yokocho—or Ameyoko, as the locals call it—you can find bargains on almost everything. This makes for plenty of lively interactions not typical of most retail in Japan.

Option 05: Meiji Shrine

Tokyo Morning Tour Meiji Shrine

Meiji Shrine is a shrine dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his consort, Empress Shoken. Located just beside the JR Yamanote Line’s busy Harajuku Station, Meiji Shrine and the adjacent Yoyogi Park make up a large forested area within the densely built-up city. The spacious shrine grounds offer walking paths that are great for a relaxing stroll.

The tour will end with us dropping you off at a location of your choice in Tokyo.
