Travel Management Officer

Job Description:
・ Handle planning and operation of confirmed clients
・ Plan and arrange unforgettable trips for the clients
・ Discuss with the clients about their preferences
・ Pitch and close deals with local vendors
・ Make reservations for private transportation, restaurants, hotels, and activities
・ Maintain a good relationship with our partners and vendors
・ Seek for new vendors so the company could offer good products to the market

Business Development and Executive Support

Job Description:
・Efficiently manage the executives' schedules, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel plans, including applying for a visa to optimize their time and productivity.
・Support executives in handling clients or operations in travel management.
・Organize and maintain files, documents, and records for executives, ensuring important information is easily accessible and well-organized.
・Handle administrative tasks, including verifying documents related to business partnerships, particularly in B2B contexts, to assist executives in their duties.
・Manage operational databases, ensuring that relevant information is accurately updated and readily available for the executives' use.
・Assist executives with monthly meetings with internal teams, providing logistical support and coordination to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
・Attend networking events, vendor meetings, and travel organization events on behalf of the executives to represent them, establish connections, and gather valuable insights.

Requirements:
・Min. Bachelor’s degree
・Native in Japanese and Business English
・More than 1 year of experience in planning and or customer service-related experience in the hospitality industry
・Good communication and time management skills
・Detail-oriented


Travel Companion

Job Description:
・ Involve introducing clients to the unique and popular attractions
・ Assist the clients during their trip

Requirements:
・ Min. age 20 years old
・ Live in Japan for more than 4 years
・ Strong Japanese and English communication skills (Verbal and written)
・ Native: English / Bahasa / Japanese
・ Highly self-motivated, able to multi-task, love travelling
・ A strong listener and have a good time management
・ Own an interpreter license (通訳案内資格士)
・ Own a tour conductor license (添乗員資格)


Interpreter

Job Description:
・ Comprehend and convert one language into another
・ Facilitate communication between parties

Requirements:
・ Being fluent in the two languages being interpreted (Japanese and other major languages)
・ Expertise in other languages is a plus
・ Prior interpreter experience with spoken word
・ Have a good memory and excellent concentration
・ Highly self-motivated
・ Official translator license is a plus
